? In charge of different type of store i.e. Oil & Gases, Technical store, Clothing, Receipt and dispatch Bay, Aviation store, Ration and foods, MT spares and receipt, issue and proper accounting as per SOP.
? Procurement of store, Core competence in planning and scheduling, effective management of store including nature of preservation required for different variety of store. Receipts, storing and issue of different range of store e.g. clothing & Barrack, ration, Oil & Lubricants, Technical store of different range including Aero Engine, Air Frame, Test Equipment, Fragile and delicate Instrument, Electrical, Radio & Rader, Explosive, MT Spares, Gas and different type of rubberized equipment.

? Procurement of various stores from Indigenous sources including purchase from local market at competitive price. Preparation of tender form, Inviting tender and their finalization for bulk purchase, contract essential service for the organization establishment and indenting of store.
? disposing of salvage store through DGS&D and also auction at site.
? Supervision of Loading/ off loading, Packing/Unpacking and dispatching of entire range of store by Road, Rail, Air and sea.
? Preparation and finalizing of claims for loss or damage of store while transit.
? Office in charge, preparation of reports and return.
